    PORTLAND, Ore., – Thomas Kemper Soda Co., maker of craft brewed soda, today announced the addition of Kelly Patrick as Western U.S. regional manager and Scott DeLongchamp as Southwest regional manager.     PORTLAND, Ore. - Thomas Kemper Soda Company, a Portland, Ore.-based maker of premium craft brewed soda, today announced three significant distribution agreements, driven by the company’s national expansion. Columbia Distributing Company, the largest beverage distributor in the Pacific Northwest, will add the greater Seattle area to its territory, which already includes Oregon.
